Our Visionary Path: From ERC to Worldwide ERC to WERC
Since 1964, we have shaped the future of a dynamic, innovative, and growing community. Founded as the ERREAC (Employee Relocation Real Estate Advisory Council, Inc.), the Employee Relocation Council,and then changed to Worldwide ERC®, we celebrated our 60th anniversary in 2024 by evolving into WERC (Worldwide Employee Relocation Council). Our name reflects a shift from focusing simply on “workforce” to the broader, more strategic concept of talent mobility.
Our impact is no longer defined by the logistics of moving employees from point A to point B. Today, we empower talent to transcend boundaries—to work, live, flex—no matter where they are in the world. Our tagline, Talent Everywhere, reflects this.
