
Help define and articulate the size and impact of the talent mobility industry by completing a groundbreaking, industry-driven study. WERC commissioned a leading market research firm, Rockport Analytics, to conduct the first-of-its-kind research study to:
- Identify the market size of the talent mobility industry globally
- Analyze the direct and indirect economic impact of the movement of talent - starting with the United States
As part of this study, WERC is surveying corporate talent mobility and human resources practitioners across the globe to ascertain how companies are moving their workforces and the financial resources being allocated to support the employees being moved. View survey questions.

This survey should take about 15 minutes to complete and its questions have been designed in conjunction with corporate mobility leaders from WERC's Corporate Advisory Council Benchmarking Subcommittee. It represents the largest and boldest ever industry-led initiative to scope the impact of talent mobility.

The survey can be completed either by you directly or by another member of your organization's mobility team (including, if applicable, an authorized service provider completing on your organization's behalf.) Access a copy of the survey questions to prepare.
For individuals that contribute to the study, WERC will provide an executive summary of the results to help you to benchmark your program. Additionally, for those that opt-in, your name will be entered into a drawing for one of twenty $25 gift cards.*
Completion of this survey will constitute fulfillment of the benchmarking survey requirement for individuals that have or will request a complimentary registration for WERC Global 25 in Salt Lake City as part of the Corporate Mobility WERC Access Program.
All submitted responses will be kept completely confidential and individual responses will only be accessible by the designated study research team and not by any other entity, including sponsors of the study and WERC's Board of Directors.
