Charles Ameno, SCRP, has 25+ years of broad-based experience in global mobility. He has worked in both in-house and outsourced program management at companies including Dell, United Airlines, JPMorgan Chase, EY, and Boeing.

In 2019, after 10 years managing global relocation programs for Chevron, Charles joined Intuit, Inc. as the company’s Global Mobility Leader.  Intuit, Inc., headquartered in Mountain View, CA, is a global financial services and technology company, with brands including TurboTax, QuickBooks, Mailchimp, and Credit Karma.  In his current role, he oversees global relocation, immigration, tax, temporary remote work, and business travel compliance over the company’s global footprint.

Charles currently resides in Fort Lauderdale, FL, and Buffalo, NY.  He has lived in 10 cities in 2 countries.  Charles is an avid traveler, having visited 119 countries for work and pleasure.  Additionally, holding a Bachelor of Arts degree from Washington and Lee University in American History with a concentration in architecture, he is passionate about architecture and urban design.

Tanya Mariottini, SGMS-T, is Director, Global Mobility at eBay. She has 20+ years of Global Talent Mobility experience working in diverse industries and matrixed organizations, including 15+ years in leadership roles, and has been on international assignments in both Asia and Europe. She has been an active member of WERC since 2007, joining its Board of Directors in January 2023. Tanya is also an advocate for Move For Hunger, a non-profit focused on food insecurity and sustainability, and has actively participated on their Corporate Action Network since its founding in 2018, joining their Board of Directors in 2022. Tanya holds a B.A. in Business Administration with a focus on Management from The College of Idaho.

Stephanie Owens, GMS, is a Global Mobility Leader with 8+ years’ experience managing global mobility programs for Fortune 500 companies, UPS, and Fiserv. She is now the Program Lead for Mobility at Chick-fil-A, focusing on International Tax and Payroll Compliance. She obtained her GMS from WERC. She served on the Board of MARC 2022-24 as Membership Chair and currently as Corporate Advisory. She also serves as Corporate Advisory for Women of Global Mobility (WoGM) and on the Corporate Action Network for Move for Hunger.

Jaime Suarez, SCRP, is a bilingual global mobility executive with over 20 years of experience leading strategic relocation programs across the Americas and globally. As Director of Global Mobility at PepsiCo, she oversees a program supporting thousands of domestic and international moves, driving innovation, compliance, and exceptional employee experiences. 

Jaime is known for her expertise in policy design, vendor management, and digital transformation. She partners with HR and finance leaders to align mobility strategies with business goals and serves as a trusted advisor for executive relocations.  She has managed multinational teams and led global initiatives from Dubai.  Her international perspective is further shaped by academic studies in Spain and early career experience in Mexico.

A Certified Relocation Professional (CRP), Jaime has earned industry recognition, including the Worldwide ERC Distinguished Service Award (2024) and Meritorious Service Award (2015). She serves on multiple advisory boards, including the Worldwide ERC Corporate Advisory Council and Sirva’s Client Executive Advisory Board and AI Subcommittee.
