Deb Convery, GMS-T, SPHR, has 20+ years of experience in Human Resources and is currently the Head of Talent Mobility at Stripe which encompasses Relocation, Mobility Tax, Immigration, Internal Mobility and management of Stripe’s Remote work program. Deb leads the function with a focus on aligning solutions with Stripe's business objectives and talent strategy.

Deb has held prior roles as a Mobility leader at Peloton, Nike, Amazon, and T-Mobile. In addition to Global Mobility, Deb has an extensive background in Talent Acquisition.

Deb graduated from George Fox University with a degree in Management and Organizational Leadership and is a certified Sr. Professional of Human Resources (SPHR) and a Global Mobility Specialist, Talent Management (GMS-T). Deb is actively involved in the Mobility community. She currently serves as the ViceChair, Corporate for Worldwide ERC “WERC” and is the board liaison for the Corporate Advisory Committee. Additionally, Deb has also been an advisory Board Member for Global Mobility Executive for 5+ years.

Vini Valverde, GMS, is the Director, Global Mobility for UPS, where he oversees Global Mobility, Expat Tax, and Immigration programs.

Vini has over 18 years of industry experience in various Mobility roles, including being an expat, working for a relocation management provider, and on the corporate HR side (for the past 15 years).

Vini Valverde is a passionate global mobility professional who is very involved in our mobility community. Vini was selected as the Most Admired Global Mobility Corporate Professional in the World in 2022 and Top Diversity Champion in 2023 by Benivo. He is currently the Education co-chair at Portland Relocation Council; Senator/Ambassador for Global Mobility Journeys; Benivo Changemaker; Corporate Action Network member at Move for Hunger, among others. He has also been a guest lecturer at several Universities.

Vini was born in Brazil and has lived more than half of his life outside of his home country. His passion for the Global Mobility arena comes from his love of languages, travel, and living abroad in Italy for 3 years. Vini speaks 4 languages, and he is a seasoned traveler and has been to over 40 countries. Vini has a passion for travel and the outdoors. During his spare time, he enjoys hiking, inline skating, biking, cooking at their outdoor kitchen, and spending time with his wife, Laura, and children (Matteo, 15, and Kaylee, 12). They currently live in Portland, Oregon.
