The agenda is shaping up to gain inspiration from the experiences of others that will help spark new ideas for our professional journeys. Here are some of our featured workshop sessions:

  • Mobility isn’t just part of the conversation—it’s where the future of talent begins. If immigration unlocks opportunity, the business accelerates. Let’s explore how talent mobility becomes a strategic command center, shaping what’s possible.
  • To unlock talent mobility’s strategic power, we must rethink how we measure success. Enter THRIVE—the framework that elevates talent mobility from operational to transformational. In this session, you’ll discover the six dimensions of a future‑ready program and gain the clarity to accelerate your next leap forward.
  • Stop Being the Human API Layer: See how AI agents turn messy inputs into organized case context, orchestrate providers automatically, and keep stakeholders informed—freeing Mobility to focus on impact, not admin.
  • Driving digital transformation: How a leading EV manufacturer reduced relocation costs by 67% while maintaining superior employee experience.

The topics curated by WERC's corporate mobility leaders reflect the pursuit of value and sustained relevance for our practice. Immerse yourselves in success stories that could inspire your own journey, presentations that raise awareness and appreciation. Walk away encouraged by what we get to spotlight as well as your own set of actionable next steps.
