Hotel reservations within the official WERC room block are exclusively available to registered attendees of WERC Global 26. Reservation instructions are included in each registration confirmation email.

Room Rate: $319 plus tax
Rates are available until Friday, 2 October 2026, or until our block sells out, whichever occurs first.
Hotel Cancellation Policy: The hotel requires all reservations be guaranteed with a credit card. If a guest wishes to cancel their room, the hotel will refund the deposit as long as notice of cancellation is given 48 hours prior to arrival.
Hotel reservations within the official WERC room block are exclusively available to registered attendees of WERC Global 26. WERC reserves the right to cancel any hotel booking made within the room block if the individual is not a registered or known attendee of the event.
