Managing U.S. Employment-Based Immigration in the Second Trump Administration

Tuesday, 17 June – 12-5 p.m. ET 

Join corporate mobility and immigration leaders in Washington, D.C., for an interactive half-day workshop to help talent mobility practitioners navigate the evolving U.S. immigration landscape. 

Led by experienced immigration and mobility experts, this workshop brings together in-house corporate immigration and global mobility program leaders to: 

  1.  Review U.S. immigration changes impacting employment-based nonimmigrant and immigrant visa options,  

  1. Align immigration policies with evolving requirements and processes, and  

  1. Prepare for the enhanced compliance landscape impacting employers and foreign nationals. 

Note: This workshop is  for corporate mobility practitioners managing a corporate immigration or global mobility program. Attendance is capped at 30 participants.

Getting to WERC Headquarters: WERC’s offices are located in the heart of downtown Washington D.C.   

  • (DCA) is the closest airport, located approximately 5.5 miles from WERC’s offices. Individuals can access the offices via Metro (see stop information below) or via car/taxi/rideshare (averaging 20-30 minutes depending on traffic conditions). WERC’s offices are also easily assessable via train, with Washington’s Union Station located approximately 2.5 miles away and accessible via Metro or car/taxi/rideshare.  

  • Arriving by Car: Two parking lots are located within the building, with entrances accessible via either 20th Street NW or L Street NW, with daily parking available for $22. Garage hours are 7 a.m.-7 p.m. ET.  Numerous additional garages are also located in the vicinity of WERC’s D.C. headquarters.  

  • Arriving by Metro: WERC’s offices are accessible via multiple Metro lines. The closest station is the Farragut West station on the Orange, Blue, and Silver lines (0.3 miles) and the Farragut North station on the Red Line (0.3 miles).
