In an effort to support the talent mobility industry with understanding and monitoring the evolving scope of consular and port-of-entry/exit issues being experienced by foreign nationals and their employers, WERC and its Immigration Policy Forum and U.S. Immigration Rapid Response Task Force have created two new anonymous reporting channels that practitioners can use to share information on incidents that occur. Reporting forms will collect general details (without any identifying or sensitive information being collected) about the issue(s), including visa types, consulates, and/or ports of entry/exit involved, and nature of the issue/trend experienced. WERC will aggregate submissions and regularly share out a compilation of reported issues/trends to WERC members.
